Hi folks We are going to immigrate to New Zealand on 23 June 2006. My family includes my husband and our two-year-old son. Now, we are looking for an affordable accommodation for about four weeks commencing 23 June 2006 in Tauranga or its suburbs Here are some requests: We need a furnished non-smoking double room or a one bedroom unit with 1. one double bed (queen or king-sized) 2. one single bed 3. one bed for infants if it is available 4. a high-chair if it is available 5. fully equipped kitchen 6. In addition to a dining table I will need a desk. I have to work from 1 July 2006 and I am quite sure that I have to study a lot. 7. laundry facilities 8. We will need bed linen and towels just during the first week. 9. Furthermore we don’t need any cleaning service or daily coffee etc. 10. If there is a pool it has be fenced, because our son doesn’t know to swim yet. 11. one parking place We would be grateful if you could check the room availabilities and its rates.
